CPAT Preparation

I need to start preparing to take the CPAT (candidate physical ability test). Many fire departments require passing this test in order to meet the physical requirements of becoming a firefighter. I will most likely take the test at the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA).
